Front Office Receptionist
Controller/HR and Administrative Manager
Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, assisting Controller/HR Admin Manager with clerical accounting and HR Administrative duties, requisition of office supplies, QuickBooks data entry as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers telephones and greets customers in an uplifting and courtesy manner.
- Assists in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
- Updates QuickBooks with Customer and job Information when new quotes are awarded.
- Keep front desk area clean and neat
- Other clerical/accounting duties as assigned
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
No travel is expected for this position.
Required Education and Experience

- High school diploma.
- Two years of administrative experience.
- One year of QuickBooks experience
***Preference will be given to candidates who have accounting background
