Interlayer Laminated Glass System: Superior Strength by Design
Euro–Wall uses interlayer laminated glass as our standard which is one of the strongest available on the market today. The interlayer is five times stronger and up to 100 times stiffer than conventional laminating materials.
The interlayer is a polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheet that is “sandwiched” between the two layers of glass in each door panel and keeps the layers of glass bonded even when broken. The interlayer laminated glass system has high strength capabilities to prevent the glass from breaking up into large sharp pieces enhancing security and safety.

Euro-Wall Hurricane Impact folding doors are stronger and stiffer than other folding door systems which help to make buildings safer against threats of hurricanes, cyclones or other severe wind and weather. The stiffer interlayer also contributes to low-deflection glass, ideal for cost-effective "dry glazing" in hurricane zones.
