Featured Project: Heritage Dunes

The Heritage, a VIE Magazine Legacy Show Home, in Northwest Florida is the first in a nine-home project developed by Bella Mare Real Estate Holdings. With thirty homesites in a rental restricted and gated community, Heritage Dunes embraces coastal designs, classic elegance, and gracious, refined living. Each home has its own design layout and customizations, so no two are exactly alike. The community, located just off Scenic Highway 30-A, has a grotto-style pool and a section of private beach. The area is well known for offering luxurious and peaceful views, with a generational enclave and an abundance of palms.
