Featured Project: The New American Home 2022

Each year, The New American Home^® (TNAH) raises the bar by redefining modern living and featuring the latest and greatest in both design trends and cutting-edge technology. This year’s edition is a modern, coastal home in Florida’s Laureate Park at Lake Nona; the location was chosen for the unique community which values design, new tech, and healthy living.

The exhibition home is constantly evolving, bringing together new concepts and innovative construction techniques. With a clean aesthetic design and the utilization of natural lighting, this home has a year-round summer feel. Boldly designed multi-use spaces both inside and outside present a variety of guest entertainment options, with an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury.

Euro-Wall was proud to be one of many participating companies, providing two matching pivot doors for the front entryway and second floor balcony. Both doors have custom midrails and white oak cladded interiors. Euro Pivot™ doors create grand entrances and flush transitions throughout any home or commercial space, lending a cohesive aesthetic. They can be constructed to a height of 14′ and a width of 100″, providing solutions for non-traditional breathtaking openings. All configurations are available in aluminum, interior wood clad or an interior/exterior faux wood grain kynar finish.
